- Distances and travel times to landmarks (NH-58, RRTS stations, Hindon Airport, schools, hospitals) are approximate and depend on traffic and route conditions.
Authoritative Documents
The only documents that legally govern any purchase are the Application Form, Allotment Letter, and the Builder–Buyer Agreement registered under UP RERA, together with the sanctioned plans and approvals of GDA and Awas Bandhu (U.P.). Buyers are advised to verify all approvals, including the RERA registration (UPRERAPRJ12294) on the official UP RERA website (www.up-rera.in), before making any decision.
