1. About the Project
Kannan Greens is a residential project under the U.P. Affordable Housing Policy, located on Delhi–Meerut Road (NH-58), Near SRM University, Modinagar, Ghaziabad (U.P.). The project is registered with UP RERA (Registration No. UPRERAPRJ12294) and approved by the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) and Awas Bandhu (U.P.).

3. Prices and Payments
- All prices shown (₹44.16 Lakh* onwards) are exclusive of 1% GST and other applicable statutory charges unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to revision without prior notice until an application is accepted and an allotment is confirmed.
- Application money of ₹21,000 per application is payable at the time of applying, and is 100% refundable for non-allottees as per the Refund Policy.
- All payments must be made only through official payment channels in the name of the developer/project. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons.
4. Application and Allotment
- Submission of an application does not guarantee allotment. Allotment is made through the process prescribed under the U.P. Affordable Housing Policy.
- Applicants must be eligible under the applicable policy and must provide true, complete, and accurate information and documents. False information may lead to rejection or cancellation without refund of processing costs, where applicable by law.
- The allotment, possession timeline, specifications, and other rights and obligations will be governed by the Allotment Letter and the Builder–Buyer Agreement executed under UP RERA.
- Registration timelines (e.g., last date of registration) are announced on this website and may be extended or closed at the developer's discretion, subject to applicable rules.
5. Home Loans
Home-loan assistance from banks and housing finance companies (ICICI Bank, LIC HFL, Canara Bank, IIFL, Tata Capital, Aadhar Housing Finance, and others) is a facilitation only. Loan sanction is at the sole discretion of the lender, and we make no guarantee of loan approval.
6. Intellectual Property
The Kannan Greens name, logo, images, renders, plans, and website content are the property of the developer and/or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing on this website limits the rights available to allottees under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
